Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are non-returnable, including perishable items (e.g. food, fresh flowers, plants), customised items (e.g. special orders, personalised items) and personal hygiene products (e.g. beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and purchase a new one separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period <br>Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, but the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive a refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and disburse your refund.
